We needed to replace our A/C unit after fifteen years of faithful service. Daniel was our salesman and initial contact, and he was great to work with. Our install day was unfortunately a little rough as I discovered a few faults that would not pass inspection. I called All American back out, and Robert came over and inspected the install. Robert was very respectful, and knowledgeful. He apologized for the issues we were having, and documented every last correction needed. Carlos stopped by to complete the repairs from Robert's list, and he was very courteous and just as knowledgeable. He fixed all of my concerns and others I hadn't even noticed/thought of. Overall, I am very satisfied with All American Air and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
We set up to have insulation installed and These guys are amazing, they came in and set up and got right to work. Very professional and quickly got the job done. I already noticed a difference in the house temp almost immediately after they began working. I Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. We will definitely be utilizing this company for any future services we need that they provide.
Appointment line lead me on to think I was getting a tune up for a special. Did not clean the lines do any oil like said. They called me I didn't call them. The tech came out just looked and didn't do any cleaning or do anything but look. That is not what I was expecting nor wanting i would not of paid for it at all. I could of paid someone else to come out to do what I needed. I didn't sign up for someone just to look that's it. That is outrageous. Customer service isn't important to them if they cant even call me back when I complained and watched the guy not do what they said they would do as well. Until this is fixed my review will stay do to what they made me believe and not doing anything they said they would.
Unfortunately customer service is not thier strong points. If you call with a complaint their like we will get a manager to call and they never do reach back out. Go somewhere else. All they had to do was get someone to come out flush the drain line and oil like they stated they would do but sadly did not. They did not fully complete service and doing half a job. Unfortunately no one cares that their tech didn't do the job completely nor every reached out to me. Poor customer service and they where rude hanging up couldn't even say bye just slamming the phone. The tech lied saying he did do the drain line but didn't I watch him the whole time.
I’ve been with them for 3 years now. Luv the company very straightforward about pricing. Ryan is excellent when it comes to meeting your needs. Absolutely luv this company
