Exceptional service! Our experience with Richard and Josh was great from start to finish. They were able to see us same day, later in the afternoon and we were called when the plumber was 30 minutes out. His expertise was evident throughout the entire job, as he knew exactly what to do and did it very quickly wasting no time. Which was a relief. Our hot water is now working flawlessly and our new kitchen sink looks amazing thanks to their skillful workmanship. Additionally, their friendly demeanor and willingness to explain the process really put us at ease and made the experience much more stress-free. We contacted Allen Curry Plumbing as our 4 year old gas water heater was leaking on our garage floor. It was under warranty so they replaced it N/C with an identical unit. PERFECT. We were informed we would be charged $125 per hour plus parts for the installation. We agreed. The final billing also included an additional $125 per hour drive time as we are 30 minutes away that was never shared before the visit: Not the most ethical business practice.
This company is amazing! Not only is everyone friendly and respectful. They also understand the importance of time! I needed a water heater ASAP and I had one within 24 hours. Fair pricing. Overall just extremely good people.
I would love to give them a 5 star, but I can't because I feel that $420 for 5 minutes of work and 25 minutes of watching water clear the drain is despicable. I was warned that they charged $125 to come out, and the truck was coming from the Crystal area. They didn't use a camera, just a short auger. If they thought the $420 was an honest charge, don't you think they would given me a receipt? Did they send their truck to the furthest job away after mine?
Allen Curry kept us up to date concerning their arrival and they did arrive within the window promised. Their tech, Ryan, was sharp, polite, and capable. Ryan got the job done and he reflects extremely well on Allen Curry. Nice work!
