Our server Max was amazing. The food came out at a good pace. Refills appeared at just the right time. We felt attended to but not smothered. A great experience!!!!
2nd time ever at a Carrabbas. Got the mezzaluna and oh my it was so delicious. Everyone at my table loved their food. The ribeye tasted like it was smoked and was cooked to perfection. The breadstick tower was the only thing I would say was not worth it. Just not much flavor or anything like that. I could see kids enjoying the toasty breadsticks, but that's about it haha I got a Caesar salad with my entree, and for me, it was a bit overdressed, but I'm sure most everyone would love it. The flavor was amazing and the produce was super fresh, I personally just do not tend to go heavy on dressings. Back to my pasta dish- it was so good I ate every bite. I will definitely get it again!
EDIT: I've eaten at Carrabbas in 3 different states ans several cities. My husband and I love carrabbas. We've mostly had great waiters and waitresses....and the food is almost always on point..but we had issues at thIs place. I've deleted most of what I've written, because a new business partner at this Carrabbas called me to make things right. I appreciate her care and intentions to improve the experience. Customer service trumps everything for me. I will write a new review after I've tried a dining experience again. I add a few more stars for the customer service and will update after I try again.
Placed order through Door Dash for home delivery for husbands birthday. Took an hour and a half to get delivered. Pork chop was raw, salty, over-seasoned, cold and fatty. YUCK it was inedible. The fries which were a replacement for broccoli - they were out. How do you run out of broccoli one of your side dishes? Won't patronize this Carrabba's anytime soon. Very disappointing.
Even though this restaurant is a chain , everything about our experience was perfect. We were seated immediately at mid afternoon. The ambiance was nice with soft jazz and 1940s music. Fresh Italian bread to dip in olive oil and herbs. Yum. Italian salad fresh and delicious. The main dishes were huge and so tasty. Tiramisu soaked in rum topped with chocolate shavings to die for. Will definitely be coming again.
