Had an apt. Between 8-12. Never showed up. I called a couple of times to see if they were still coming. The girl that took my call, didn’t seem to care that they didn’t even contact me to let me know if they were coming or running late. Nothing. Then I called back at 4:45 to cancel my service apt. And the girl wanted to know why ??? Really ?? I would not recommend this business . Not dependable, no communication.
They've always been decent, although I will admit the office staff can be smug sometimes. We have used them for years as we live in an older mobile home. They came out to fix a leak a few weeks back that has not stopped leaking and now they refuse to come finish the job because they don't want to "chase leaks". They will only come out to repipe the home. I'm paying you to chase leaks and that's literally your job. Seems as if they just want money for a bigger job.
We hired them hoping they’d do a good job for us; on the next day when we realized they had not fixed the issue we called them up and in response we got so many excuses and promises which they never fulfill. So we lost our money, we have been trying to get another company to come to fix our system. Hopefully we’ll find a decent honest company to help us.
