I was referred to Roam Electric by a friend and I can see why. To start with Thomas (I met first) was customer friendly. Professional and polite. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the quote. I said ok. The next day Thomas and Michael (whom was also professional and polite) showed up and completed the job. It's been 3 weeks, multiple thunderstorms and 1 hurricane since the service was provided. I would totally recommend this company. I don't want any electrical problems to happen but if I do Roam is who I'm calling. I have complete confidence in them.
From start to finish very happy with the job they did. We initially met with Justin who is the owner who is very nice and knowledgeable. Michael installed the outlet cleaned up after himself and it looks great. No complaints here would highly recommend.
The crew took the time to review with me the planned work and concerns that I had prior too starting rough-in work. They completed the work with no issues, cleaned up afterwards and then explained how they would complete the finish work after my enclosure construction was completed.
