Jeff Hartwell does an amazing job both coloring and cutting! I have NOT lived in Ocala in many years but whenever I'm going anywhere near Ocala I get an appointment with Jeff. I'm always blown away! I never tell him what to do, just let him do his thing. I say get rid of the dead hair and that's it! If you want a real professional, go to Jeff! I have been to great salons all over the country, even Louis Lacardi in NYC! Jeff is simply a great guy who knows what he is doing.
I've been seeing Kelly since I was 4 or 5 years old! She's been at Salon Hartwell for several years and I can't even tell you how many times I've been asked about who does my hair! It's tough to find someone that truly knows how to do blonde, but I put all of my trust in Kelly! She's the best!
Lyn Hartwell has been doing my hair since I was in elementary school, I'm now a high school graduate with a steady job and I still go to Lyn for my hair. She's like the family hair stylist cuz she does everyone in my family.
