This is my Second Whole House Generac Generator from Trademark Electric. When I sold my first home in Ocala , the buyers were so impressed with the Generator that they offered me more money to leave it with the house and not move it to my new home. I just had them install a new unit K22 unit , an upgrade from my K20 and it came with a 10 year warranty . Since ordering my new unit I have had several friends and neighbors begin their inquiries .... In this day and age can you afford to be without ELECTRIC power ? I refused to return to the days of candles , oil lamps and hand water pumps .....
Really terrible to get charged a service fee just to come out and keep up with maintenance seems a bit over the top. 100 dollars to come out to get service but then if I don't something fails then warranty won't cover it but hey right this is America.
Excellent customer service, great communication. Techs are experienced and notify you when they are on their way. Highly recommend.
Great customer service, timely responses and overall a great group of people to work with. I had my Generac install by the company and they were so good and I had a technical problem and one of the staff was able to help me take care of it quickly over the phone. Highly recommend it to anybody using
Had them install whole house generator. They did fantastic job. Workmanship was neat and clean, Randy and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They are good asset to the company. Their work was neat and they cleaned up after themselves, you never know they did anything. They went through and explained everything, and test ran the generator and mad sure all major appliances were running and that the generator would carry the load ok. Thanks again Trademark.
